A broad base leads to a higher peak. By working on your foundation, you're not taking a step back... only forward! Pay deep attention to your muscles during movements, recovery, and train balanced and provide your body with strength through your breathing. Make your training even more enjoyable and effective with the BASE weekend!

Healer course

In the HEALER course, you'll start by recognizing pains/injuries. Then, you'll create a plan for recovery and preventing injuries in the future. Our experts have developed an "assessment method" that guides you as a thread to keep yourself and others injury-free. This course is for everyone!

Warrior: Breath

You have to breathe... but do you know how? Many people don't and just wing it. During BASE, you've been introduced to the gearbox and your CORE muscles. Warrior Breath dives even deeper into breathing. Back pain (during training), stress, poor sleep/recovery, and decreased sports performance are all linked to inefficient breathing.
