The blind spot
In the current fitness industry, there has been a blind spot for "the feeling". So many people follow a program but have no idea what they're doing. A question that often remains unanswered is: "Which muscles do you feel working during this exercise?" If you don't have an answer to that, you're already at a disadvantage.
We teach you to build specific mind-muscle connections. You'll recognize which muscles are lagging in your own body, but also how this works in others. This principle applies just as much to your recovery and your breathing.
