Many athletes are plagued by injuries! Most injuries result from overloading the body. Lower back, front or side of the knee, and shoulders are often the painful locations... When your major muscles don't do their job well, the heavy lifting falls on the smaller structures (which aren't designed for it).
The problem in the current fitness and rehabilitation industry is that the focus is on strengthening the smaller structures to endure the heavy work. WHY do we overlook the major muscles? Just getting a massage, cracking, or needling a muscle doesn't solve the root of the problem. Learn to find balance in your own body and that of others. Work on what's needed. This course is for both athletes and coaches/trainers.

Note! The Healer course is one of the follow-up courses to the BASE weekend. You can only participate in Healer 1 after successfully completing the BASE weekend.
